Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our long-term care division in Massachusetts. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in skilled nursing facilities, providing comprehensive evaluations and implementing evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
  • Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
  • Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
