About the Role

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Product Manager to join our team. As a Cyber Security Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our cybersecurity products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop and execute product roadmaps, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop and execute product roadmaps, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and delivery of cybersecurity products and services, including defining product vision, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that our products are developed and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and apply this knowledge to inform product development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure that our products are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, product roadmaps, and product status reports.
  • Provide input and guidance to engineering teams on product development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Product Manager who has a strong background in cybersecurity and product management. You will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop and execute product roadmaps, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

You will have a strong understanding of product development and delivery, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. You will be able to stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and apply this knowledge to inform product development and delivery. You will be able to develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, product roadmaps, and product status reports.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales teams. You will be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity and product management.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity and product management.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop and execute product roadmaps, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
