Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
• Manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including preterm labor, high blood pressure, diabetes, VBAC, and prenatal testing.
Requirements:
• 2 years of current OB/L&D experience
• Post-Partum and Mother/Baby experience
• Nursery experience
• Apgar/Routine testing experience
• AWHONN and STABLE certifications strongly preferred
• Lactation experience preferred
• BSN highly preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred
Profile Requirements:
• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, NRP - Facility will not pend License/Certs)
Certification Requirements:
• NRP
• BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
• New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements:
• NH or Compact MUST be in-hand at upload
Weekend Requirements:
• Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
On Call Requirements:
• No Call
