KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team in performing these tasks and become an expert in training and developing team members. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research new business opportunities, leveraging your sales and customer service experience.
  • Supervise team activity and results, prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, utilizing your leadership and time management skills.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, focusing on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
