Key Responsibilities- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with training and development of new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with late shift employees to direct day-to-day activities, assess operational needs, and provide training as required.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising duties, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of these tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, including but not limited to, supervising employees, handling customer complaints, and initiating corrective action as needed.
- Four or more years of retail experience, with a strong background in store operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle administrative details and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
