Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning personnel and inspecting hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning personnel to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Post room occupancy records and maintain accurate records of cleaning operations
  • Perform cleaning duties as needed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
