Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, including answering calls, checking in members, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment.

  • A genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
