Job Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Cardiac Sonographer plays a vital role within the Cardiopulmonary team. We take pride in our employees' compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. - Conduct two-dimensional ultrasonic imaging for the diagnosis of cardiac conditions.
- Engage in performance improvement activities.
- Assist with stress testing and other non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures.
- Support additional non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing as needed.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Credentials as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
This position requires full vaccination against COVID-19 in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is granted).
