Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Odessa, TX. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for precision machining of pump parts, including rings, bushings, sleeves, and shafts, with a focus on achieving tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision machining of pump parts to meet customer specifications
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with manual lathes and mills preferred but not required
  • Previous pump experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a machine shop environment
