Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and have experience in preparing and filing various visa and labor certification applications, particularly those related to business immigration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file a range of visa and labor certification applications, focusing on family-based and business immigration visas.
  • Draft comprehensive applications, petitions, letters, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the filing process for applications and petitions, including translations of foreign documents and evaluations of foreign degrees.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of H-1B and L-1 visa processes, RFE responses, TN visas, changes of status, and extension matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an immigration paralegal.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
