Your Impact
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within specified deadlines.
  • Establish expectations and timelines for each project in collaboration with clients.
  • Engage in hands-on work with various technologies at advanced support levels.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project requirements, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Provide onsite support for project work as necessary, gaining a deep understanding of client operations.
  • Document procedures performed for clients, including time spent, and report back to the Service Delivery Manager with follow-up items.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and team members to recruit, train, and develop our team of technicians.
  • Foster and enhance a culture where every team member contributes to building the company and is empowered to make impactful decisions.

Skills & Qualifications
This is a full-time, salaried position for a Lead IT Solutions Architect responsible for managing and executing multiple projects for our clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, your qualifications will include:

  • Proficient technical and documentation writing skills, demonstrating strong grammar and communication abilities.
  • Core Technologies: Microsoft 365 - Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune.
  • Email migrations between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Migrations to Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Desktops.
  • New network setups and upgrades, including SonicWall, Meraki, and Cisco Small Business Switches.
  • Basic support for Windows 8/10/11 in relation to project scope.
  • Basic support for Mac OS X in relation to project scope.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Command or similar RMM products.
  • Familiarity with IT Glue is preferred but not mandatory.
