Job Description

At Nandail Property Management, we are seeking a skilled Handyman and Electrician to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services, ensuring the functionality and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
  • Install, replace, and upgrade electrical systems, including generators, switches, and circuit breakers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to licensed electricians or those holding relevant certifications.
  • Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, electrical drawings, and technical manuals.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical safety procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in AC/DC systems and electrical distribution equipment.
  • Ability to effectively use electrical and hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical issues.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Experience with custom fabrication for unique electrical installations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development.
  • A passion for innovative and creative electrical solutions in diverse environments.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • A valid driver's license.
