Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Higher Education, Science & Technology, Government, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation, and controls.
  • Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist, and design build.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Science & Technology.
  • Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project delivery and repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Professional Degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university.
  • P.E. License Required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer, designing HVAC systems.
  • Experience and strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Boiler, Chiller, or Related Mechanical Building system.
  • Business Development capabilities.
  • Familiarity with BIM.
  • Experience with monitoring and managing project budgets.
  • Project management and supervisor experience preferred.
