LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake and Document Preparation: Prepare HIPAA authorizations, draft Verified Bills of Particulars, Pleadings, and other legal documents to support personal injury litigation.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough research and draft routine legal documents to support trial attorneys.
- Case Management: Create and maintain case files, handle cases from inception to trial, and maintain attorney and Court calendars.
- Client Communication: Assist and meet with clients, maintain valued relationships with healthcare providers, and facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficiently.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA and other state and federal compliance regulations/laws while maintaining the proper storage and confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in litigation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and oral skills.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite and Legal Research Search Engines.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $65,000 to $80,000.00, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
