Ebenezer is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Support Nurse in our Assisted Living/Memory Care community. As a Support Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the Director of Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident health assessments and documentation
- Implement and update resident care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Coordinate resident health services with internal and external providers
- Administer medications and treatments in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the Director of Health Services in on-call situations
- Monitor and evaluate the work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
- Current Florida RN license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Experience working in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
