Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Color Artisan to join our team at Pelican Pro Ventures Inc. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of our properties through exterior and interior coating services.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Application: Prepare areas to be coated by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and masking adjacent surfaces as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of coatings, brushes, and other supplies in accordance with management's instructions.
  • Coating Application: Apply coatings as instructed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager, utilizing appropriate finishes and applications.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow OSHA/MSDS guidelines when using hazardous chemicals and ensure proper ventilation when using paint removers, varnishes, cleaners, etc.
