Job Title: Territory Manager, Beverly Hills

The Sun Dermatology Biologic Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun's biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis. This role requires developing and applying territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, while coordinating with field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products.
  • Manage sales budgets within the territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States.
  • IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (includes Oncology).
  • Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment.
  • Dermatology selling experience.
  • Biologic launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.

This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment. They should be a strong and dependable individual who builds trust with their matrix team and is transparent, ethical, and compliant. They should also be experienced in selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority:
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports, CRM, and forecasts.
  • Responsible for timely call reporting tasks.
  • Responsible for managing sales budgets within the territory.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Interactions with Others:

Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential.

Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan, Company vehicle, and commissions. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
