Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough primary care evaluations to assess individual patient needs.
  • Administer medication reviews and document findings accurately.
  • Provide services in accordance with established protocols.
  • Upload documentation and billing records daily to the LifeSource EMR system.
  • Maintain open communication with site staff and authorized parties regarding patient care.
  • Adhere to LifeSource standards, policies, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct yourself professionally at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license to practice in North Carolina.
  • Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of nursing theory, practices, and regulations.
  • Understanding of healthcare governing bodies' rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with safety hazards and precautions in a healthcare setting.

Skills:
  • Ability to gather and analyze patient data effectively.
  • Skill in evaluating patient issues and providing appropriate interventions.
  • Proficient in documenting clinical services.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and discretion in clinical practice.

Physical and Mental Demands:
