Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough primary care evaluations to assess individual patient needs.
- Administer medication reviews and document findings accurately.
- Provide services in accordance with established protocols.

- Maintain open communication with site staff and authorized parties regarding patient care.
- Adhere to LifeSource standards, policies, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
