Concrete Finisher

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at WIDE EFFECT TALENT SOLUTIONS INC. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of concrete projects by assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
• Perform tasks such as smoothing and leveling concrete using trowels, screeds, and floats.
• Operate hand and power tools to chip, grind, and polish concrete surfaces.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Concrete Laborer or Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to concrete finishing.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
