Position Responsibilities:

The Clear Bra and Window Tint Installer will be responsible for the professional installation of clear bra and window tint in a high-volume automotive service environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing protective products in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Preparing surfaces by removing old products and ensuring readiness for new installations.
  • Utilizing software to input vehicle specifications and performing necessary hand trimming.
  • Cutting and applying tint or paint protection film with precision.
  • Smoothing and applying paint protection film (clear bra) to vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in clear bra and window tint installation.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand vehicle and glass specifications and follow written instructions.
  • Team-oriented with the capability to work independently.
  • Reliable and dedicated work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
