Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support our Embedded Intelligence Services division. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to produce analysis addressing their specific requirements and manage client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for all communication between the client and Crisis24
  • Gather, assess, and disseminate analysis on global security threats and their potential impact on clients
  • Monitor open source media and third-party subscription services for issues affecting business operations and personnel
  • Research and produce written intelligence products, including travel threat assessments and location threat assessments
  • Deliver oral and written threat briefings to clients
  • Coordinate traveler outreach and manage high-risk travel programs
  • Understand client needs and anticipate potential issues
  • Work effectively with security team members and coordinate prompt responses to client requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, enterprise risk management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience writing clearly and concisely in a professional setting
  • Ability to collect data and synthesize incomplete information
  • Global awareness and understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and security threats
  • Extensive customer service experience in a client-facing role
