We are inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Medford Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Program Highlights:
- Structured curriculum and simulation-based training
- Authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors
- Opportunity to work in various medical specialties, including Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Clinical Decision Unit, Inpatient Rehab, and Float Pool
- Full-time, day and night shifts available
- Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated
