Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, collaborating with clients, and leading consultant teams through various project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from concept design to construction administration, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Lead consultant teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and local zoning regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and ensure accurate project documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of post-graduate experience with multiple built projects.
- Intermediate to expert skills in REVIT, with intermediate Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills preferred.
- Strong technical documentation skills with a keen design sensibility.
- Experience working on high-end residential, multi-family residential, cultural, educational, or infrastructure projects.
- General knowledge of building codes and familiarity with local zoning regulations.
- Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to manage consultant teams and build relationships with clients.
