Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in Plainfield, Illinois area.
This position involves conducting assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to improve motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, and other areas of occupation.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid state license, and certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support clients' educational and developmental goals. Responsibilities include monitoring clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
