Variable 12-hour shifts with weekend and on-call responsibilities.
Sign-on Bonus:
Up to $20,000 available.
Department Summary:
Join our dedicated team in the Obstetric and Pediatric Unit, where we provide comprehensive services including labor and delivery, newborn care, pediatrics, and gynecological support. Our unit features:
- 7 labor and delivery beds
- 4 triage beds
- 14 mother/baby couplet rooms
Your Role:
As an RN, you will benefit from a structured self-scheduling system that promotes work-life balance through a rotation of day and night shifts, holiday rotations, and ongoing support from management and charge nurses.
Care Team:
Our Level III NICU is staffed with experienced RNs, Advanced Practice Providers, and a Neonatologist, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- Completion of AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course or acquire during introductory period
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification or acquire during introductory period
- Experience in AWOHNN and Obstetrics
