Job Description
This is a part-time position with PRN options available, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities, as well as implementing evidence-based therapies to address related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations, and maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible.
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
