Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Arrabelle Apartments in Cedarburg, WI. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a thriving community where residents feel at home and valued.

• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the onsite maintenance team to maintain a well-maintained property.
• Oversee and support the lease process, including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation.
• Coordinate all aspects of move ins and move outs, including inspections and managing turn schedule.
• Oversee delinquencies and manage the eviction process when necessary.
• Assist the Regional Property Manager in creating the annual budget and reviewing variances.
• Conduct interviews, assist in hiring process, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development.

• Prior experience in Property Management preferred.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Eye for detail to maintain a top-notch property.
• Ability to be self-motivated and take ownership of the property and care for the residents.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
