Job Overview

COPILOT is seeking a skilled Healthcare Liaison to facilitate communication between medical providers and health insurance companies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and efficient treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with medical providers and insurance companies to facilitate authorizations and insurance verifications.
  • Assist in the completion of authorizations and benefits investigations for patients.
  • Communicate with field access managers and key account managers to ensure program needs are met.
  • Document and update case information in our system.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in the medical/healthcare or insurance field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict HIPAA patient confidentiality and protecting PHI.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
