Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at one of our skilled nursing centers. As a LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
