We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional Associate to join our team at Equal Partners Inc. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and services to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with household chores and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Transporting residents to appointments and activities

You will work collaboratively with the Direct Support Supervisor and other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
