The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practice in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with the medical director to drive care innovation and delivery excellence. You'll rediscover the joy of practice in a value-based care environment, backed by a talented team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Our practices offer smaller panel sizes, no billing or coding hassles, and the opportunity to lead systemic change in healthcare delivery.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED OR ABLE TO OBTAIN LICENSURE IN WASHINGTON STATE REQUIRED.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build successful relationships with team members.

  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

This is a full-time position in Tacoma, WA. The salary range for this position is $142,000 - $150,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule.
