Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home care to elderly and disabled clients. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Assist with mobility and transportation needs
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to our team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
