Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $145,000 per year, plus a $10,000 float differential, bonus potential, and shift pay. This is based on a 34 hour work week. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits, as well as 401K with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and paid sabbatical. We also provide license reimbursement, generous CME allowance, UpToDate membership, and medical malpractice insurance.

Job Description: As a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner at ZoomCare, you'll have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. You'll provide a rewarding mix of care, including preventive care, illness and injury diagnosis, wellness exams, and procedures. Our team practices confidently with on-demand access to a physician, ensuring that you have the support you need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications: We're looking for experienced professionals with a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Family Nurse Practitioner, certification by the NCCPA, and at least 1-2 years of experience working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. You should be eligible to participate in the Medicare program and have experience seeing patients of all ages. Working Conditions: The role requires standing for long periods of time, wearing a mask as needed, and being vaccinated against various diseases. You'll also need to fit tested for an N-95 mask and be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
