Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician at Toyota Boshoku America, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing areas to minimize downtime, increase productivity, and maintain the overall Toyota Production System. This position requires a self-starter with strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to ensure a reliable production platform.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities.
• Oversee machines in Sewing area, Assembly area, and Injection Molding area.
• Manage machine uptime and downtime to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production management to implement Kaizen and other related activities.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Industrial Maintenance Associate's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Flexibility in a changing environment.
• Mandatory overtime flexibility.
• English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

• Automotive manufacturing plant.
• 0-10% travel required.

Physical Demands:

• The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
