Bartending roles offer team members the chance to thrive in a lively, collaborative, game day setting while attending to our guests' needs.

These bartending opportunities are available on a part-time basis, with flexible hours and scheduling to accommodate busy students or individuals with other commitments. There is potential for career advancement within the team for dedicated members.

Essential Qualities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the legal age requirements for serving alcohol as per state regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and manage cash transactions.
  • Possess foundational knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with familiarity with standard drink recipes.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, sometimes up to 10 hours.
  • Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Engage effectively with guests.
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring a quality guest experience.
  • Gather information about specials and side work from a manager at the beginning of each shift.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company bar standards and utilize them to manage the bar efficiently.
  • Collaborate with all team members.
  • Complete assigned side work throughout the shift and at the end of the shift as directed by management.
  • Work with others to ensure all areas are consistently clean and stocked to our standards.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company drink recipes.
  • Learn and recognize the names of our regular patrons.
  • Process guest payments, including credit card transactions, and provide change as necessary.
  • Wash and sanitize glassware.
  • Organize bottles and glasses attractively to support efficient drink preparation and promote beverages.
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies, with the ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Adhere to uniform guidelines.
  • Memorize floor plans, table numbers, and service steps.
  • Possess a working knowledge of common bar drinks and trends.
  • Exhibit friendliness, approachability, and strong communication skills.
  • Stay organized and think and act quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain composure under pressure.
  • Be an enthusiastic and persuasive salesperson.
  • Demonstrate customer sensitivity and a sense of timing.
  • Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to the role.
  • Exhibit integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with drinks, food, and service, responding to additional requests and determining when meals/drinks are complete.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Requirements:

Guest relations, bar standards, liquor, beer and wine knowledge, POS operation, side work duties, recipes, mixology, menu knowledge, and local and state laws pertaining to bartending and alcohol awareness, along with teamwork.
