Job Details:

Job Purpose

The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that our venue remains clean and organized for all guests.

All team members are expected to contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere, characterized by positivity, support, shared knowledge, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all cleaning tasks as directed by the Facility Manager and Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and conduct general upkeep of both the interior and exterior areas of the venue, including floors, storage spaces, restrooms, and more.
  • Ensure that restrooms are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
  • Keep an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Understand the operational standards of the venue and work diligently to uphold them.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns regarding cleanliness and safety.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good stamina and mobility.
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends, with extended periods of standing and walking required.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation practices, as well as industry standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to stand for long durations, including navigating stairs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
