Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a Virtual SLP, you will provide remote speech and language therapy services to clients of various ages and needs. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders using teletherapy platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual evaluations to assess clients' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and families on therapy exercises, techniques, and strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proficiency in teletherapy tools and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience with virtual therapy is preferred.
