Job Title: Instrumen Man

At B&B Concrete, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumen Man to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate layout of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of Onsite Layout: You will be responsible for installing and maintaining the onsite layout, ensuring that it meets our quality control requirements.
  • Surveying Equipment Operation: You will operate surveying equipment to layout the work, ensuring that it is accurate and meets our standards.
  • Quality Control: You will provide layout that adheres to our quality control requirements, ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Safe Work Environment: You will ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Leadership: You will lead a survey field crew in construction staking, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys, requiring a firm understanding of survey and concrete construction processes.
Requirements:
  • Weather Conditions: You must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Organization and Communication: You must have great organization and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Professionalism: You must demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of your work, including email etiquette and communication with colleagues and clients.
