Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Burdock and Bitters Server to join our team at The Marcus Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform cash handling and self-banking duties, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to remember and recite menu items and promotions.
  • Ability to lift and transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
