We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Serco. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex systems supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC).
The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of submarine communications, sensor, and battle management systems.
You will lead a 20-member team that works closely with the customer to deliver services and logistics support required to conduct systems analysis, design development, and review, RDT&E trials, operations, and system installations and maintenance in support of NUWC, the Navy, and other DoD projects that support the undersea warfare enterprise.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage program plans and schedules.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management of program funds.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
