Project Manager - Construction

Flowtec Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Manage construction contracts and/or work orders
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers in the office
  • Monitor Superintendent performance on contracts and/or work orders
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • 5 years of construction project management experience (public work preferred)
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore experience is a plus)
  • Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close-out procedures
  • Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent
  • Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary between $85,000 - $105,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Yearly Bonus (circa 10% - based on project and company performance)
  • 15% Profit Sharing Plan (paid yearly, based on company performance)
