About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to support our leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Stock Stylist, you will play a key role in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, processing shipments, and updating promotional signage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our fashion-loving customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends.
  • Process shipments, update promotional signage, and complete markdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Identify and capitalize on merchandising opportunities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for a full scheduled shift.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
