Position Overview:

If you are a caring person who thrives on forming meaningful connections, this position is ideal for you. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, well-organized, and committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere that meets the needs of our clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, and previous experience in Home Health or Hospice care is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as transitioning in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles
  • Provide support by changing linens, managing laundry, maintaining cleanliness, and aiding with personal hygiene
  • Keep precise records of client care, conditions, progress, and observations
  • Engage clients through conversation, reading, and activities to enhance mental wellness
  • Administer prescribed medications and vaccinations
  • Encourage client participation in physical activities and other engagements

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide training program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR certification
