The Learn to Skate Helper position at Mt. Lebanon involves assisting instructors with teaching skaters in Learn-to-Skate classes. This role requires a strong understanding of good basic Learn to Skate principles and the ability to interact with students in a class and/or one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teaching professionals in conducting Learn-to-Skate classes.
  • Aid in fitting skates and prepares students before they begin lessons.
  • Supervise class activities and daily operations.
  • Ensure students are properly dressed and prepared for classes.

Requirements:

  • Experienced skating skills.
  • Clear understanding of good basic Learn to Skate principles.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with students in a class and/or one-on-one setting.
