We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our team at Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI). As a pioneer in community-based services, we provide innovative programs for individuals involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice systems.

In this rewarding role, you will utilize your exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to support residents in achieving their goals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized plans, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout their stay. Your ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations will be essential in this position.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident, in collaboration with other team members.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behavior.
  • Ensure that all residents receive the necessary support and resources to successfully reintegrate into their communities.
  • Conduct employment, job search, and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
  • Transport Clients as needed in a Company vehicle.
  • Conduct monthly emergency drills.
  • Secure urines from same-sex clients and complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation.
  • Supervise all client visitation. Sign all visitors and contractors in and out of the facility.
  • Complete intake on all new arrivals prior to the end of your shift. Facilitate client orientation as assigned.
  • Facilitate all client movement in and out of the facility.
  • Monitor clients self-administration of medication.

**Requirements:**

  • A High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
  • Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
  • Experience with Youth Population Preferred.
  • Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.
  • Valid drivers license.

Starting Salary: $19.98/hour + third shift differential of +$0.50/hour where applicable
