We are looking for a motivated and innovative Purchasing Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on IT to join our team at RIO, a subsidiary of the TRATON GROUP.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will independently determine the IT needs at RIO and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration.
• You will work closely with internal and external interface partners to coordinate procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and conducting tenders.
• You will be responsible for the technical initiation of orders in the corporation's internal system world, with a focus on IT and other needs at RIO.
• You will monitor ongoing contracts and organize contract extensions or system changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• You will ensure compliance-compliant processes, monitor relevant guidelines, and review data protection and IT security requirements to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• You will support in planning and implementing IT projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
