Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all areas are tidy and free of debris
  • Trash and recycling: Preparing trash and recycling for pickup, and adhering to our building-wide recycling obligations
  • Performing minor repairs, managing inventory, and communicating deficiencies to a manager
  • Restocking restrooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
  • Setting up and tearing down for meetings and parties, and adhering to Company procedures
  • Responsible for Coffee station maintenance
  • Porters will also be responsible for the appearance of commercial kitchens, public areas, hallways, seating areas, and bathrooms
  • May also assist with preparing and have experience with snow removal
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
