Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Annual Giving Officer to lead our annual giving efforts and help us achieve our fundraising goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful annual giving strategies, as well as experience managing a team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive annual giving plans to achieve fundraising goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major donors and prospects
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential donors and develop strategies to cultivate and solicit gifts
  • Oversee the development and execution of special events and campaigns to support annual giving efforts
  • Serve as a member of the Advancement Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
  • Mentor and supervise a team of annual giving professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in annual giving or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful annual giving strategies
  • Experience managing a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
