About the Role

We are seeking Full-Time/Part-Time Hair Stylists and Barbers who can showcase their talents while providing outstanding hair styles and recommendations for achieving desired looks at home. Our leaders are experienced Managers who excel in leading and developing a team to performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service skills
  • Greet clients, deliver exceptional haircut experiences, and educate on hair style recommendations
  • Lead and develop a team for growth and development

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Cosmetologist/Barber in Illinois. Managers must have 1-2 years of management experience and work full-time.

Must be a licensed Cosmetologist/Barber in Illinois.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Stylists earn $25-$32/hour including base pay and tips. Plus, opportunity to earn performance bonus every pay period.
