As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for various applications.

Responsibilities:

Research and design operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software
Develop and test software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications
Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements
Design embedded systems software
Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
Provide technical support for implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
Manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems
Provide second-level problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
Experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: virtualization or client/server based
Experience in systems oversight preferred
Capable of defining all required database administration policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and SOP

Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in current RHEL, Windows, and VMWare, and SAS
Bachelor's or associate degree in related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification
Requires DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification IAT Level II. (Eg. CompTIA Sec+)
Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance required
